Well this is some fantastic news, and if it ends up being true, I am officially saving funds to go to this bitch. No JOKE. This is AMAZING. For the girl who wrote “Mrs Eddie Vedder” and “Mrs Meagan Vedder” on many a notebook throughout my formative years this is the best news I have heard in quite some time. From the MSN article: ‘Bassist Jeff Ament says, “We’ve played enough festivals that we know what makes them exciting. We want to give people places to go that aren’t necessarily musical — second stages and all that kind of stuff. We’re asking our friends if they want to play a couple of shows with us.”’
YES! I say YES. THIS! So. I am a little psyched. Apparently they are also going to release deluxe neato versions of “Vs” and “ Vitalogy”, which I of course will be purchasing. The movie is supposed to come out late in the summer and I will be shellin’ over some bucks to see that as well. This band is literally a religious experience live- so yes. I will go. So…. who’s comin’ with me??
