Lindsey Lohan was spotted partying with friends last night in NYC. Because what else would a girl fresh out of rehab and possibly be going to jail do? Sit at home and crochet? I think not! Stand outside and smoke and fall on the ground in your insanely high heels always seems like the best option. Who doesn’t want to place their face on NYC sidewalks?
