After Lana Del Ray’s interview that came out last week, where she talked about her idols Amy Winehouse and Kurt Cobain, and how apparently it’s like totes kewl guys to die at 27. She even said ‘I wish I was dead already’. (Someone should maybe get this chick a therapist?) Frances took to twitter to share some real life with everyone.
“The death of young musicians isn’t something to romanticise. I’ll never know my father because he died young and it becomes a desirable feat because people like you think it’s ‘cool’. Well, it’s fucking not. Embrace life, because you only get one life.”
In a later tweet, she wrote: “I’m not attacking anyone. I have no animosity towards Lana, I was just trying to put things in perspective from personal experience.”
